Returns & Refunds Policy
All Sales Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except as expressly stated below.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged orĀ defective, you must notify us within seven (7) days of delivery by contacting us at hello@wisconsincheese.com.
When contacting us, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the damaged or defective item and packaging, if applicable
Upon review, and at our discretion, we will replace the item or issue a refund for the affected product only. We reserve the right to request the return of the defective item or additional documentation before processing a resolution.
Exclusions
We are unable to offer replacements or refunds for:
- Issues reported after 7 days from delivery
- Damage resulting from improper storage, handling, or misuse
- Normal variations in appearance or packaging that do not affect product quality or safety
